Residential

SPARC offers two serene residential treatment facilities — Wildflower and Cedar Creek — designed to provide safety, structure, and healing for individuals with substance use disorders.

Wildflower offers both ASAM 3.5 and 3.1 levels of care, while Cedar Creek provides ASAM 3.1 level of care, ensuring clients receive the right intensity of treatment for their needs.

Guided by an experienced clinical staff and supported by a dedicated medical team, our residential programs combine evidence-based care with a peaceful environment that fosters recovery. These facilities give individuals the space to step away from the chaos of addiction and find serenity, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a highly structured level of care for individuals who need intensive treatment for substance use disorder in an outpatient setting.

PHP offers a full day of therapeutic programming, including individual and group therapy, medical oversight, and recovery-focused activities, all led by our experienced multidisciplinary team. This level of care is ideal for those transitioning from residential treatment or for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient services can provide.

At SPARC, our PHP helps clients strengthen their recovery, build coping skills, and prepare for long-term success in both life and work.

Intensive Outpatient

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a flexible yet structured treatment option for individuals continuing their recovery journey in an outpatient setting.

IOP provides multiple therapy sessions each week, including group and individual counseling, peer support, and skill-building activities designed to strengthen recovery and prevent relapse.

At SPARC, IOP bridges the gap between more intensive treatment and full independence, helping individuals build stability, resilience, and confidence in their recovery.

Outpatient

Our Outpatient Program (OP) provides ongoing support for individuals who are ready for a lower level of care while maintaining their recovery in an outpatient setting.

OP includes scheduled individual and group therapy sessions focused on relapse prevention, coping strategies, and continued personal growth. With the guidance of our professional team, clients receive the accountability and encouragement needed to sustain long-term recovery while continuing to build healthy, productive lives.
