Mental Health Services
At SPARC, we understand that substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health disorders are often deeply intertwined. According to SAMHSA’s 2022 survey, about 21.5 million U.S. adults live with co-occurring disorders — meaning they have both an SUD and a mental health disorder. Furthermore, approximately 23.1% of U.S. adults report any mental illness in a given year, and nearly 8.4% have both SUD and mental health issues.SAMHSA | National Institute of Mental Health+2CDC+2
Because unresolved mental health conditions often fuel substance use (and vice versa), SPARC is dedicated to treating the underlying mental health disorders, not just the addiction. Our clinical staff are specially trained to assess and treat a wide range of mental health diagnoses through our Therapeutic Rehabilitation Programs. Whether someone is dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, or other psychiatric comorbidities, we integrate care so that recovery is full, lasting, and supported from all angles.
