Clinicians
The Clinician provides evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, maintaining timely and accurate documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support client recovery and stability. Clinicians are responsible for upholding ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and trauma-informed, person-centered care practices.
Case Management
Case Managers serve as the primary advocate and coordinator for individuals receiving behavioral health and recovery services. Your main goal is to remove barriers to recovery by linking clients with essential medical, social, educational, and vocational resources.
In this role, you are responsible for assessing client needs, creating actionable service plans, and ensuring each individual has the support network required to maintain long-term sobriety and wellness.

The Adult Peer Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the health, safety, and well-being of each client and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided. This role promotes recovery through lived experience, role modeling, structured support, and collaboration with the clinical and administrative team.

The Transportation Driver is responsible for safely transporting clients to and from scheduled appointments, program activities, and community resources while maintaining a professional, respectful, and trauma-informed approach. This role ensures timely transportation, vehicle safety, and compliance with agency policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable state regulations.
